The Keisari BOW regatta has been completed today under excellent conditions. Final results presented below.

Keisari Baltic Offshore Week. Hanko 26th to 31st July 2009

In 2008, the Estonian and Finnish offshore sailing championship events were combined into the Baltic Offshore Week. The first edition of the new regatta was arranged by Kalev Jahtklubi in Pirita, the sailing center of Tallinn.

As originally planned the 2009 Baltic Offshore Week will take place in Finland and the town of Hanko has been selected as the venue for the event.  Nokian Panimo, producers of the Keisari beer have agreed to sponsor the event that is thus called Keisari Baltic Offshore Week.

The regatta will be sailed under the ORCi rating system.  All classes qualify for the Estonian championship title. Finnish championship medals are awarded to the winners in classes 1 and 2  while class 3 counts as a class championship in Finland.

The organizing club for Keisari Baltic Offshore Week is Hangö Segelförening in cooperation with The Finnish Offshore Racing Association.  The event takes place  from 26th to 31st July 2009.
